| Changeover Day - The Villa will be available from 3PM and must be vacated by 10.30AM on the day of departure. If you have other requirements, we will accommodate where possible so please ask.
£100 deposit per booking is required to hold the property for required dates and the balance is to be paid 6 weeks before start of the rental period. A £100 refundable security deposit is also required and is to be added to rental price. This will be refunded once the properties have been cleaned and inspected after you return home (less any damage).N.B. This is a Non – smoking villa, sorry no pets. |
